The bikini was invented in 1946 by a French designer, Louis Rerard. Bikini got its name to Rerard, inspired by a news-making U.S. atomic test that took place off the Bikini Atoll in the Pacific Ocean earlier that week. Infact bikini was considered “atomic” by the media. Bikini is wear cause it is a type of swimsuit most fashionable. There are different type of swimsuit like one-piece, bikini, thongs, trikini or burqini that covers the whole body and head. It was made from royan in 1920 but but its durability, especially when wet, proved problematic. In 1930 new materials were being developed and use in swimwear, particularly latex and nylon. This swimsuit became more popular when Micheline Berardini, a nude dancer of Casino de Paris worn the first bikini. Photographs of Bernardini and articles about the event were widely carried by the press. These days two piece swimsuit is the most famous swimsuit in the world and it is wear from every woman. I think that bikini is most fashionable cause it can be product in different colors and pattern. Bikini in 2016 is seventy years old today!
